I like buying on ebay but have been ripped off twice by sellers. Luckily I bought the items through paypal and over 2 months was able to recoup my money. As far as selling on ebay, they fee you to death and the system is very buyer not seller oriented.

I started using ebay in 2000, when our second son was born. It was a very cold winter and I hated to take him out to shop, so I 'shopped' in the comfort of my own home.

It wasn't long before I found that I could make extra money by selling, also! I sold kids clothes, toys and books for over three years and had a wonderful time. Although I no longer sell, ebay is my 'go-to' place the minute I log on.

It seems like E-bay updates you about everything that you click on. Get a grip people, we don't need so many emails!

EBAY is fantastic! You can buy and sell almost anything on ebay with ease. Make Money and Save Money. But be do your homework, I've been using ebay regularyly for about 5 years with great success. Bought and sold hundreds of items and never had a bad transaction.

Check out who you are buying from. Read the full listing. Make sure the 100% positive feed back is not from a handful of buyers. Make sure that you're not buying a $500 watch from a guy who's been selling $5 DVDs

eBay.com is a virtual flea market, with economic principals mixed in. eBay.com brings the once theoretical idea of perfectly competitive markets into existence. This means that the price of the good reflects the demand of the good.

I've used eBay several times. Each time I found what I was looking for at the price I was looking for it, sometimes even at lower prices. Another great feature is PayPal which, after opening an account, safely stores your sensitive credit card information making it so you do not have to type it in for every purchase.

Easier to buy, harder to sell. I've never sold anything successfully on ebay but I haven't set up shop to do much of it either. Buying is much easier provided the seller has their pay pal account in good standing. Had a set of golf clubs delayed over that.

i found ebay to be quick and easy to figure out how to use. I feel like they take good care of there customers and overall is a great website.

Ebay is one of my favorite sites. They have great prices on all things electronic. I would definitely check out Ebay before making any purchase. They also have fairly useful reviews. Make sure you read some Ebay tutorials and tips before using it. With a little work great deals can be found.

I have shopped extensively on ebay, and have nothing negative to say. If you're looking for that "one of a kind" item, or just looking for a good buy, you can't beat it. My only complaint is that you have to be diligent in reading the product description. However, that said, if you get the wrong thing, you should have read a little closer. Haven't sold there, but bought plenty. I actually got many of the items I used in my wedding from them. Great place, just be careful you know what you are buying!

I do check ebay, and can sometimes land a good bargain. The problem is, it's work...and you want to make certain you're dealing with a reputable seller. You will want to check feedback for any merchant you are not familiar with, watch your bids, and make sure to note the shipping charges. My problem with ebay, is that I can often meet their prices or get really close without all the other fuss. Be sure you shop around first...and you might just land a great deal.

I personally like ebay best for hard to find items. Items that are no longer available...like replacement parts. It's surprising how many times I've had success with this sort of item on ebay. Here ebay really shines...

I have been doing much buying of electronic misc recently with mixed results.

Games for Playstation 2 and psp have been quite good; however, I had a very negative experience with a battery for my laptop that I purchased online. This battery is defective and after several contacts with the seller who ships from China I am very unhappy with my purchase. The seller wants me to send the battery to China for evaluation at my expense. After this long interval while the batttery is checked they will send me back another battery at their expense. I already have $50 invested and if I follow their suggestion I will be out more funds and still have no battery and I would be without a battery during the time period. I have taken the new battery out and reinstalled the old wornout battery which is superior to the new one. I have purchased nothingfurther from ebay.

I brought mascara off a seller on ebay and it came super fast and in great condition! Will definitely be buying more stuff from Ebay in the future.
