I have been buying Dell computers since 1999 because I love the product and I love the online store. It is very easy to choose what you want and what you don't. The online environment also allows you to easily see what your payments will be everytime you make a change.

I wish all online stores were as easy to use as Dell's.

The Dell computer I purchased several years ago is still up to date and I am able to use social networking, scrapbook,orgganize photos,etc. I would recommend this to everyone!

I have had a Dell computer for serveral years and it has taken much abuse fron my 2year old but continutes to work just like new! Great products!

Dell offers great prices on their computers and electronics. I also like their Deal of the Day. My only complaint with Dell is that you need to speak to 5 people to get to the department that you need to speak to. I hate calling their 800 number.

I own and have purchased 4 Dell desktops over the years and have been very happy with the quality of the products. I have also purchaed many other thing from their website and have been very happy with their service. I like Sony products also, so let me win this camera :)

Alot of times if you call in the order that you have customized, the sales person on the other end will throw in additional bonus items such as added warranty time or software or even printers. So it is worth calling in after you have found what you are looking for online. Just save it to your cart and they will look it up when you call in.

P.S. Most the sales people that I have talked to are English speaking and very freindly and helpfull.

I have always been impressed with Dell and their high quality of produsts. I have purchased many things from them over the years and have been very satisfied each time. If there were anything bad I would have to say I would have to include too MANY other companies that do the same thing, and that is the fact that they use out of country outsourcing as a way to save money with customer service and as many of you know half the time you are not being understood or you can hardly understand what they are saying back. It sucks when they are just typing in your keywords into a computer for answers to your questions, rather than understanding what the real problem is. But like I said: Way to many american companies do this to save there precious dollars and I really think it hurts rather than help them.

They made it really easy for me to customize the computer. they have a really easy to follow page by page setup walk-through. They let you know when specifications you've picked don't work together.

The only problem I encountered was getting the free shipping they promised. I live in Alaska. When I signed in under my account there was no free ground shipping option. I ended up just signing in with a guest account and was able to get the free shipping that way. just a hassle.

Dell is a nice place to get computers. It is fun the way their prices are good. All of the computers in my house is Dell.

I just bought a pink Inspiron 15 laptop online at the dell store and I absolutly love it! It is very light and easy to store and carry around. It comes with a built in webcam and the webcam is easy to use! The only downside to the laptop is the internet stopped working for a while and it was on and off for about a month, I called costumer services and the let me bring it in and fixed it with no questions asked! Its a great product and if you were to buy a computer/laptop/netbook anywher, Dell has the best deals!

I won't use anything at work or at home but DELL. Their computers have always worked great with Autocad and most graphic programs I have needed. I have owned 4 Dell Precision workstations, 3 of them laptops and today just order an XPS Studio. I travel daily with a mini 9 as well as the Precision laptop. Their customer service is excellent if there is a person assigned to work with you. They must be doing something right because reaching your salesperson back is difficult due to their continuous incoming calls and sales. You can usually communicate by email and that helps but it is difficult to get back with your salesperson because it is difficult for them to have a break in their incoming calls to return your call. Can't wait to get the new XPS.

Although it ended up taking 2 1/2 month to get my top end Alienware I did have creat Customer service that called me several days a week to keep me up on the status of my machine. I did finally receive my computer and love it so far.

Like their customer service, Dell's website is very helpful and well organized. I visit regularly for drivers, and I appreciate having the ability to locate drivers for all operating systems.

Six months ago, I had the misfortune of having an AC adapter for my Inspiron laptop break. While my computer had indeed gone out of warranty, Dell was quite helpful in priority mailing me a new AC adapter. The gentlemen I spoke with on the phone was professional and understanding, which alleviated an already frustrating situation.

The m1530 which my family owns as a "den computer" is quite reliable. I have younger siblings who are not exactly "gentle" on electronics, but the sturdy build has held up strong for more then a year now. With the Nvidia 8600 GT graphics card that it came with, I enjoy playing my graphically demanding games.

I have had an Inspirion 6400 for several years now, and the computer still remains operable, reliable, and effective and meeting all my needs as a computer gamer.

Through my office I have been given Dell Laptops. Because of price we bought 2 HPs for our home. They were complete pieces of junk. My DELL keeps chugging away. It is very reliable. We are now going to purchase another computer and we are buying a DELL!

I bought my daughter a dell 5 yrs ago and had the best experience with the phone assistance to customize the unit that I have come back for the new one. Any issues have been handled with the fastest friendly service I have seen. Mac and Dell in my mind are equal.

I ordered a Dell XPS a little over a year ago. When ordering, I called the order in to make sure that I would receive it in time for Christmas. The person that helped me on the the phone was awesome! He not only helped me get everything in order and assured me it all would be there when promised he just kept adding on bonus incentives. He gave me a laser color printer at an unbelievable deal, he added on additional time to my warranty and customer service contract for free, and he threw in a $150.00 program for free also. I have not had any problems in the year plus, that I have owned this computer and it was the third one that I have owned now. I am a loyal customer and will always be. If I had any gripe, it would be that sometimes when calling I get an out of country experience, if you know what I mean. If you don't it's the foreign operators, and it is very annoying when the person on the other end of the phone is looking up you concerns by Keywords typed into a computer rather that knowing how to help you with their real world knowledge.

everyone is always talking about macs but i dont get why. i have always used dell and i never had a problem with it!

I am about to submit yet again an order thru Dell. This is my 6th purchase and I have been happy with each purchase. I highly recommend Dell to all of you sceptics out there... C'mon try Dell..you will just LOVE the:
