Poor Customer Service/Over Charge
I purchased a gift basket with free shipping only to have my credit card charged a week later for an additional $10 for shipping. Weeks later and 3 e-mails sent still no reply, resolution or refund. Do not use this company as it seems they do not value their customers.

Among other things, I was unhappy with the service. I inquired about ordering a basket over $200 and needed a specific date of delivery. Although I was willing to pay additional money for a Saturday delivery which they offer, I was told they would ship it Thursday for a Friday delivery. They don’t know what they’re doing… guess they didn’t want my business.
