if you buy one of these crappy machines you will be woefully dissappointed due to inferior construction and poor design. put your money in your wine and your wine in your basement. do not be fooled by marketing hype!

My overall rating is one star, but if I could rate this site less than one star, I definitely would! In my opinion, WineEnthusiast.com has the absolute worst customer service, and does not stand behind its written "guarantee" to make things right when it has failed.
I was astonished when told that their Director of Customer Service won't accept phone calls from customers! Can you believe that?! He's the Director of Customer Service! That's his job!
After calling several times to sort out my order (this took weeks!), I was eventually connected with their Director of Sales, Alan Genee. I felt that he was entirely rude, condescending and even somewhat threatening! Oh, and of course, he was of no help.
It isn't worth it. There are so many merchants online, I recommend you choose a different one. I know I will in the future.

Excellent Wine Site
I was a wine illiterate.
I use this site to check out the wine reviews and ratings and have found it extremely useful.
You can find some very highly rated wines that are inexpensive.
The site was a real help!
