Shoes Purchased
I will never order from Walkers Warehouse again. The customer service was horrible and we were lied to. We bought a $100 pair of shoes, returned the shoes in new condition to exchange for a different size, and was told that they would neither exchange the shoes or refund my money. They indicated to us that the right shoe had stains on it and the shoe was not in salable condition. There were no stains on the shoe when we returned them to the warehouse, never worn, in new condition. They took pictures of the shoe one week after the returned shoes were received by the warehouse. Not sure how the stains got on the shoe, but nothing a little brush couldn't remove. I am extremely irritated that they didn't even try to exchange the shoes.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY--YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR AN EXCHANGE OR NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SHOE AND NEED A REFUND.

True and honest review
I have good experience with walker's warehouse. I received what I orderd. The only thing was that I was supposed to receive a tracking number first before I received my shoes. I received my shoes and did not receve any tracking number after they shipped out my shoes to me.
