When I first learned about Vitacost, from my sister, we weren't sure if it was outdated or expired products, because we were amazed at the prices. We were excited to find out that they actually sold high quality, new, not outdated, not expired items and have enjoyed getting the good deals on items as well as either free or reasonable shipping prices. We also enjoy how quickly they ship their products to us. We've also enjoyed sharing the good news about Vitacost with friends and others that we know. Why not pass along a good thing... Right? :) We look forward to ordering more products from Vitacost.

I have been ordering from VitaCost on a regular basis for two years. Overall, I have been pleased with the product selection and prices. Lately, many of the items are on back order status, and it can take several weeks to arrive. On some occasions, I have not received the item nor an explanation. The latest item was a herbal detox supplement. At first, they said it was on back order, then no more information. When this occurs, I am not charged for the item, but it's inconvenient.

The shipping time varies. I have received my order within a week, other times, it's more like two-three weeks. If I need something in a hurry, I don't buy from them anymore.

Their own NSI line is top quality, and I highly recommend them.

I love Vitacost.com. I buy everything from vitamins to shampoo. The prices are the best I have found on the internet. Other users reviews the products they have used and you have the opportunity to read how products work/don't work for them. I have been totally satisfied with everything I have bought from them.

Vitacost.com provides a very cost-effective way to buy supplements and natural products. The shipping is fast and very reasonable. The only problems I have ever had with the site is my orders split into many different shipments. However, this increased the timeliness of my order when other items were on backorder. I use this site often and am pleased with the prices and shipping. I have not had to use their customer service department or make a return, however, so I don't have knowledge of that side of the company.

For years I had been ordering from a company that uses the gimmick "Buy 2 get 3 free!" etc., assuming I was getting the best deal. But one day, when I couldn't find certain products in that company's catalog, I searched the web and stumbled across the VitaCost site. To my surprise (and delight), I found the specific supplements I needed at affordable prices. After using them for awhile, it became clear that the VitaCost supplements were of superior quality--which was not always the case with the ones I ordered from the competition. After comparing prices (per capsule/per potency) on the products I used regularly, I discovered that VitaCost's prices were equal to or less than other online distributors--which caused me to give VitaCost top priority when ordering supplements. I also appreciate the fact that VitaCost offers the option of E-Bill Me, which works well for our family. All the products from VitaCost have been excellent, and the service has been superb! I would definitely recommend VitaCost to anyone who wishes to get superior supplements at great prices!

I've purchased from Vitacost.com twice and have been extremely happy with the quality, quantity and price of the products I've purchased from them. I will happily shop again and again to find things I can't find in other stores. It's rather difficult, even in health-conscious California to find natural and organic health products and foods. I've recommended Vitacost.com and I will continue to speak highly of Vitacost.com!

I am a total comparison shopper - to the point of obsessing over it if you ask my husband ;-). I have looked at 99% of the online vitamin sites, and always end up back at Vitacost.

I purchase the same products on a regular basis and the price fluctuates SO much from one site to another for the exact same product! Even using other vitamin sites "buy one get one free" or "free shipping" coupons - their end price total is ALWAYS higher! The other vitamin site seem to figure out ways to pad the prices of the products for you to get that "free" shipping or item.

Vitacost keeps their prices low across the board, and with the flat rate shipping, I have found it to give me the best value for my money. The box always gets here amazingly fast too! Great service...and fresh products...I am sold on Vitacost!

I have used this oil for many years and it is stilla great product for calming at the end of the day. Mix in bath water or diffuser or apply as a perfume on wrists before bed for a deeper sleep. The price on line here is the best found. One bottle used daily will last approximately 6-8 weeks. Great value. Good gift for new moms and dad, after surgery, or for overall stress balancing.

I do a LOT of comparison shopping and Vitcost is the BEST!

I have been ordering from Vitacost for many years, and I am always very satisfied with the choice of products, below retail cost, and of course the flat rate shipping fee of $4.99. All this keeps me coming back for more!

My skin has lost his elasticity, and also has sags, and stretches and also some deeper wrinkles. I begun taking the Biocell collagen and my skin is clearly more healthy, is elastin re-growth and it improve facial my skin texture. My wrinkles greatly reduce in depth.
