We are traveling with two children and United was the best priced for us. Taking a 4 year old and an 18month yr. old child on a plane is sometime difficult but they made it fairly easy

from the minute I get out of the care till I get my bags abd go out the door everyone is very kind.

Recently, I had to take yet another trip for work from the North Bay in California (Santa Rosa) to LAX. Once again, as has occurred 3 or more times, Alaska / Horizon's plane was malfunctioning or something else was happening, but my return flight was canceled. I was, once again, placed on United Airlines back to SFO and then bussed to Santa Rosa. The only good thing about the trip was that the UA personnel were not only helpful, but they held the doors for me - I had to travel a long way around LAX to get to them from the Alaska terminal. I was treated respectfully and they made sure I was completely comfortable. The plane did what it was supposed to. Thanks UA! 2nd time you've saved me.

Amazing flight with my two kids from Lagos to Houston. Hardly noticed I was in the air for over 12hrs. Would definately fly them again.

The last flight from las vegas was great.

United Airlines is very convenient because it offers the most non-stop flights to Mexico but the prices are too high.Sometimes a one hour flight is as expenssive as going to another continent.

I flew from San Antonio to Newark and back. It was a good deal and the staff was friendly and helpful.I had to check a bag that was slightly outisde the parameters for carry on and they took care of everything. Though my flight was delayed due to weather, they took good care of the passengers.

I believe united is doing a good job right now, I just signed up for a united CC with chase and have called customer service a few times and gotten good response every time.

I have always traveled United and love theirs service.

I just traveled to Tampa from Chicago, all the people were super friendly, and my trip in Florida ended early, I went to the airport and without question or problem was placed on an earlier flight. Love United.

So some odd reason every flight to PGH pa i have issue thus last trip the plane had an issue and we were delayed for 2 hours. I travel home 4 time a year and every tip there are issues. My trips with this airline always delayed and never on time. I have a total of 8 this year with united and I am not impressed. My milage program is with united is the only reason i fly united. But i have ben using south west and jet blue and never had an issue yet.

Short flight, little bumps. Ok leg room. Nice air hosts. Free non-alcoholic beverage. Enjoyed and was able to get a seat next to my friend and sleep. Large carry-on bags were taken aside and placed below no charge. Overall experience good.

I had a wonderful flight. Everyone was really helpful and very accomadating. i was very pleased with the service. the flight was on time and I cant wait to use their service.

Ok, I think the United Airlines has one of the best customer service departments to work with when your flight is delayed or cancelled and you need to be re-booked. Unually, they are quite accomidating and even will provide you an E-Certificate credit if they are not able to accomodate you the same day.

The thing I hate most about United is Chicago airport, always a delay or bad weather.The terminal is very cramped.

I have been flying UA and some Asian airlines between USA and Asia (Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, Seoul). I noticed Asian airlines' flight attendent's general attitude is much nicer than that Of UAL's. They seem nicer and warmer. UA's is kind of rigid and sometimes arrogant.

I have been a member of United's Mileage Plus Program since 1986. I have seen the airline's service and offerings decline tremendously in that period, from full meals to snacks for purchase; from 2 free bags to none (unless you're Premier or above); speaking of which, I have seen the mileage requirement for Premier status increase to 30,000 miles, nearly impossible for anyone but a business person to attain. The seats are closer together and narrower, thus much less comfortable. First Class seats on the 757 are absolutely awful. So why do I continue to fly United? They are one of the few airlines which serve my home airport.

I see the glowing reviews already submitted, and can only surmise that most of the people who wrote them are not frequent travelers.

I must put in a good word for the United personnel at Albany International Airport. They are friendly and efficient. And most of the Flight Attendants are also very helpful and friendly.

Now if United would just get a heart for those of us who travel a lot, but not enough to be Premier or above....
