Very good customer service always willing to work with you, Easy to make changes to your service.

Service is Good, I like the picture quality of Satelite a bit more, but Time Warner does not have the problems of going out.

I have found that not only do they give great products (ie: cable and high speed internet) but whenever I have any problems I contact them and pretty quickly we have the problem corrected.

I have been a customer of theirs for over 5 years.

I was supposed to get a link on my order confirmation that was for a form need to get the $75 cash back deal. No link existed, except for a tell your friends about the same phony deal. After dialing multiple toll-free numbers ("oh that must be a reseller"), I finally got a hold of a rep who said that she would email me the forms. I have not yet received them. Their Double and Triple Play Deals are scams.

Time Warner is one of the largest companies in the cable service industry. They can charge high rates and get away with it many markets due to lack of competitors. Their products are so-so but their customer service is pretty poor especially in setting up installation times, notifying you of outages, etc. If there were more choices of cable providers in NYC, I would not hesitate to switch to someone else.

Every once in awhile it will just stop working, have to restart my router and modem. I'm not exactly sure who's to blame, but it's annoying, and they've had to come out to the house several times to fix it. But overall I'm satisfied with the service, it is fast.

the new guide is much easier when searching for a program you no longer have to go through the list page by page..... you can now type in name of the show and search if it is on and at what time..... thank you for that much need change.
