I bought a refurbished Dell through Tiger Direct to replace an older computer that was slowing down.After less than a week,i unplugged the new computer and went back to my old one as this "Refurbished" computer was slower than the old one.

After only using Tiger Direct for big ticket items like my new TV & some laptops, I have realized they are just as great when buying the small stuff also. I now buy all of my Xbox 360 needs and alot of my Blu Ray movies from Tiger Direct as it is a rare occasion that my items are not here within 2-3 days. Plus they offer very competitive pricing. Have always been great to deal with and I look forward to being a custome with Tiger Direct for years to come!

Good place to get good deals

The rep was very pleasant, I bought a 32' flat screen over the phone among other items for my school, I showed up to the store where the representative worked and he was pleasant. We even had lunch and continue to do business and send him business every chance I get.

Really make sure you check the rebates on this site as they can make huge differences in the price and they are included in the displayed price so cart totals are higher on some items. In addition they have pretty good cashback rates if you shop around for them. The website leaves a lot to be desired in terms of ease of navigation, but when you are a comparison shopper you can find some good deals. Compared to other merchants their free shipping thresholds are higher and for small electronics it can be a bit high at times. When I order from them I do not have bad experiences, but normally I only shop with them when I am trying to trim a few precious dollars off my cost.

I love being able to find brand names for good prices! Tiger Direct is a great place to find deals.

All of your computer accessories can be purchased here. I recently purchased a new router for my computer b/c I was tired of paying the cable company to rent out their router for my internet service. They are already getting enough of my money as it is. The Linksys router I purchased works great and I am very happy with my decision

Tiger Direct has a great price. I have found that their items are in good condition and sent quickly with appropriate packaging. One downfall, they call to try to convince you to buy all kinds of things to go with the product... yuck.

My husband and I have found Tiger Direct a great company to deal with. I've purchased a TV, Camera and Blu-Ray DVD player from them with no issues at all. As a matter of fact my husband purchase computer parts from Tiger Direct on-line. After getting them he realized he got the wrong one and the store was more then happy to let us exchange it. Tiger Direct. I don't really have much good to say about them. A close friend who is just learning to navigate a computer got a laptop from them. I accompanied her to help her make a good purchase. ... and I thought we did.

First of all... the hard drive partitions were backwards. The active drive was not C but D. Therefore there is always a shortage of memory and storage. Since she knows little about computers... by the time that I figured out the problem ... the warrenty was out. She had to pay big bucks to get the laptop straightened out.

The salesperson was not all that knowlegable, but liked to think he was and he lead us in directions and to products that we had no intentions with.

I shopped for months for a Nikon D3000 for my daughter's Christmas present, and finally ordered it from TigerDirect -- their customer service answered all of my questions, and even caught an order that I'd placed in error. I lucked out and got free shipping, and between that, no sales tax and my Bing cashback, I got an incredible deal on the camera. My daughter was thrilled, and so was I.

when you can't get what you want for what you're willing to spend on it. I've always found that I end up getting something even better than what I thought I could afford when I go to Tiger Direct. The computers at Tiger Direct aren't great. The parts and other components are sometimes offered at great prices.

I have purchased many things over the years at Tiger Direct including a desktop pc, lcd monitor, routers, cables, dvd burners, pc cases...the list goes on and on. I have to say I have been very satisfied with every purchase I've made. I can honestly say they have the best service reps of any electronics store! I recently had a problem with my pc burning up graphics cards, my first call was to Best Buy, who directed me to their geek squad department. Not only couldn't they understand the problem I was having, but gave me a recommendation but couldn't explain why they would recommend the new card or if the problem would persist if I upgraded! They were not knowledgeable about their products, couldn't explain the specs on any of their video cards, so I called tiger direct. Not only did their rep help me find a card based on my needs, but explained why I needed the card, he even helped me figure out what could be going wrong with my graphics cards and guess what--he was right! I ended up spending less money fixing the issue and getting a great graphics card then I would have if I had followed Best Buys ridiculous recommendation of buying a $500 video card. I could not believe that Best Buys supposed experts couldn't even tell me what PCI 2 was or if I needed VSI, thats pretty basic graphics card knowledge. So if you want to ask questions and get answers from a knowledgeable person, call Tiger Direct, if not call one of the other stores and they'll tell you to spend $500 on a graphics card, because they "heard it was good". By the way I spent $150 on a new case with better fans AND a new gaming graphics cards (both on sale at + 50% off + free shipping) and they work great!
