Refund an infant airplane ticket

Please reviewed my document, I didn't book an infant
airplane ticket for 1 year old, but SWA charged me, When I booked and called they told me make sure bring birthday certificate to airport and sent a confirmation #ARRMG9 for 6 traveler, not ticket, the last minute I knew at airport SWA charge 6 ticket for me,
but too late to correct it. 1 year old need to set in her mon'lap for safety, she can't seat by herself
with seat bell.

Above and beyond to fix a problem
When my son missed his connecting flight due to a weather delay, Southwest went out of their way to find a solution. They were going to puddle jump him until they realized he was underage. They flew him to Las Vegas, put him in their lounge so he was safe and made sure he had things to do, until he could catch the red-eye. They kept us informed so we knew he was ok. They even had his luggage tagged and set aside because they knew it went ahead. Way to go Southwest!

I loved traveling on southwest airline. First of all there is no charge for bags man I looked on all these different airlines and they wanted to charge me outrages fees. The flight attendants were wonderful; the airline provides a free drink and snack. The seat were not too bad either, I will continue to travel with Southwest because the experience was amazing.

Southwest Airlines is the absolute best airline by far. For one, BAGS FLY FREE! No other airline can say that. I cannot imagine paying so much to send my bags along with me. Some charge $30 to over $50 for bags! That is insane, why would you go any other way then Southwest. It is the only airline I use for this reason. Their prices are especially good when you book early.

Easy site to use, plus greal deal! I was able to book a trip to Orlando: RT flight for two people, 3 nights at the Doubletree (3-4 star hotel) at the gates of Universal, plus a car for $800 total! The deal was $850 then I got an addition $50 off with a coupon code! This is during spring break -- I couldn't beat it, anywhere!
