I have been shopping at Sierra Trading Post for the past several years and have never been disappointed with their quality and service. I there was a time to send an item back, it was always accepted with very few questions. Absolutely the first choice to go to when wanting to purchase high quality clothing.

I purchased some clothing items recently and was very pleased with them! They were just as described and fit perfectly! I am online shopping on this site again today!

Fantastic and easy to navigate site for all your family and personal shopping. Consistently great brands, high quality and tremendous cost savings. Customer service is superb, return policies excellent, fast shipping and easy returns. I always start here for a wide variety of quality merchandise at a reasonable price. Highly recommend and vote this to be my "best all around" online shopping spot.

The website is full of options and easy to follow links to research the products you're looking for. The references to helpful tips and purchasing guides make it much more comfortable to ensure you're purchasing the product to fit your needs. Thanks for the great support.

If you are going to buy it anyways, always check their site first. I am not a big on line shopper but had no other choice when I hadnt received any catalogs. If you know your brands, it's even better.

I have ordered from STP for a couple of years and have never been disappointed. Great products and unbelievable prices. Make sure you sign up for their "DealFlyers". They will send you an e-mail a least once a week with deals worth another 20% to 35% off their already low prices. You can also get free ground shipping with a riddle they put in every catalog (you can usually find these online that someone else has posted SHHH!). The only thing I would suggest being cautious about is closeouts vs. 2nds. I have found most items are closeouts (from some company or store that had to many or whatever). They do tell you which they are in the details of the item. I have gotten a 2nd before and the flaw wasn't very noticeable, but have seen complaints about others that were very noticeable. Customer Service has always been very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this company. They are also on a few cashback sites.

This site works best for people who enjoy outdoor activities since they carry a lot of performance wear, but I also use them regularly for other items such as shoes, coats, and casual clothing. The items they carry are brand names and are deeply discounted. If you sign up for their e-mails, you get frequent offers with even better discounts and/or free shipping. They have always been very reliable for me, and they have just about the best return policy I've ever seen. You can return anything for exchange or refund for the first 6 months. After that, you get a gift certificate - no questions asked! They're really a terrific company and very easy to work with.

Our last order receipt informed us that, through the years, we had saved over $6,000 while shopping with Sierra Trading Post. 'Nuff said?!

My husband is a cyclist and we both have enjoyed canoeing for over 25 years, so STP is our Go To store for outdoor wear and casual clothing. We have never paid full price for the great brands you carry, among them Patagonia, Columbia, Born, Marmot. I'm completely addicted to Polartec in particular, and I can always find it at STP.I could go on.

All the clothing, shoes, accessories and gear are top notch at great bargains. The selection is always wonderful, and we specifically appreciate being able to find larger sizes in everything, (XXL, women's 18, Long lengths and Euro size 43-43 in shoes).

We also appreciate your mailing us coupons for extra savings.

We appreciate the ease of use of your website, which allows us to shop by size and brand.

Service is always fast and the order is always right.

For minor "constructive criticism" I would appreciate more of a selection of women's swimsuits, as well as swim gear, as I am a lap swimmer. Your selection now seems to be an after-thought.

Others negative are the very high prices in the Classic/Traditions clothing catalog, which includes more upscale wear. The sizes here are smaller as well. Even with your discounts, I rarely purchase from this selection of clothing/shoes.

Also, recently I bought a chenille hoody from Colorado Clothing, but the colors had not yet been uploaded and I had to buy the sweater with no idea what color I might be getting. This was unusual, but still a problem. "Palm" turned out to be a bright lime green.

Further, my husband and I would very much appreciate FREE RETURNS as many online merchants are now offering.

I loved that Sierra Trading Post has a hidden trivia question in every catalog (and now online too) which if you answer correctly, you get free shipping! I have bought many things thru the years thru STP and have been thoroughly satisfied. I live in a state which has stores, and it's always fun to go browse, but online shopping is fast and easy and they have a solid company philosophy and mission which I am happy to support.
