The customer service of this store is as lousy and negative as I have ever experienced. I believe none of the associates know what they are doing as I received a completely different answer from each associate myself and a representative from my banks bill pay department spoke with. There were a total of 10 people talked to in customer service and the credit department. They have a policy that deems it ok to keep money that was not due them for 30 to 45 days even when an account is showing a credit balance. Totally unfair. Were I to make a late payment I would be charged late payment fees. Wonder what the response would be if I charged them a late payment fee.

Everything in your catalog is excellent...easy to look for items that will make any house a Home!

some items are not as they appear when purchased then delivered. Maybe a little more detail. I love 7th Ave.

I was able to get my girls what they wanted and have it shipped to them in Montana.I m sure they will love their new wagon with the raised sides and new personalized doll. the big plus is i can pay payments. Very nice and easy.

Whether I purchase clothing or home decor, I haven't been disappointed. The merchandise is good quality at a reasonable price.

My wife has placed a couple of orders.... Her mother decides to order something for my wife. When her mother placed two separate orders, giving them her credit card... seventh avenue, puts the order in my wife's name, runs a credit check, sends us a letter stating wife has to do 50% down payment. Result is two phone calls because we got two different letter a few days a part.

First phone call, I am told that I am a liar, that my wife had place the order that they did not know who placed the order.

Second phone call, Traci, the rep, laughed thinking it was funny that the seventh avenue mickey mouse company screwed up again and thought it was funny that I was agitated that they did the very same thing again. Got transferred to a Mark Williams, Lead rep, employee code MSW who inferred that I was a liar in that my wife didn't place the order and when I pushed the issue that my mother-in-law placed the order using her credit card, I was called a liar in that she never used her credit card rather she was committing fraud by placing an order under my wife's name. When I got tired of the crap line he was giving me I asked for the CEO. His reply was that the CEO did not use the phone. When I pushed for the accuracy of that statment, he had to recant and admit that he lied to me. Still didn't get CEO information.

BUYER BEWARE! THIS MUST BE A MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY RAN EVIDENTLY BY GOOFY AS THEIR CEO, DAFFY DUCK AS THEIR VICE PRESIDENTY AND AND PLUTO AS THEIR CFO.

The REVELATION OF THIS COMPANY'S INTEGRITY will now be seen. Let's see if "Goofy," "Daffy" or "Pluto" reads this comment, and has the tecnology available to return my phone call.

My daughter hip me to seventh avenue, an its been all good. I got ten in one oven,the timer did'nt work right so I made a phone call an they were right on top of it, told me what to do an in five days I had a new oven, an its the best, its just like it say, an the color is so rich an pretty(red).I also gotten other things as well an I just love it, an even I can afford it.

What can I say? I LOVE Seventh Avenue! I'm always pleased with the products I order, and should I have a problem, their Customer Service is A-1. Highly Recommended!

This catalog is great. I love the expensive looks and very different and unusual things, but still practical. And people that don't have the money for things like this can now have these things.

i've bought watch sets for men and women and used as gifts for x-mas everyone loved their gifts. I myself bought a radio that includes playing cd music and dvd movies, i'm going to get another one and i'm shipping it to my son in Florida. I've bought all kinds of electronic devices which i'm very satisfied with. No problems with anything i've bought. I've bought one of a kind furniture that you can't get in neighborhood stores. I love Seventh Avenue, even my mother opened up an account. Like i said chairs, tables, like a rocking chair that has the shape of a giant leaf, people ask me where i got the chair from. things for the kitchen, like the salt n pepper shaker that looks like a chef, and it has all kinds of pieces that go with the ceramic chef. I think Seventh Avenue is the best catalog i've seen and better than the major department stores we have now. If you want something different and to me affordable also you should check out Seventh Avenue. And believe when i say everything i've gotten from them was well worth buying, not a single complain about any product i've bought. That's my #1 store

products are unique to the magazine. I liked the gold franckincense and myrrh gift set, I had never seen it anywhere else.

This company is great. It has helped me find Christmas presents that I never even thought about. Also let me buy things I did not think I would be able to buy for my family for presents. Thanks to them I am going to be able to give a great Chriatmas to my son and my husband this year. So thank you a million times over.

Once arriving back for overseas, I contact Seventh Avenue CEO and had my account reinstated and paid off the balance. They are currently sending my letters reminding me that I have a Credit Balance to be used and look forward to my Business.

Once I submit an order they place it on HOLD until a Down Payment for 50% is placed and when I call they advise me that I have a Military Freeze on my Credit account (the freeze simply says: Due to my military involvement, please call me at: xxx-xxx-xxxx to verify that I am requesting this item).

They are claiming they can not assist Military Personnel that have this Freeze on their account.

I have been a Seventh Avenue shopper for about 4 years now. There is no other place where I can find gifts for everyone on my list. The prices are great the bargins unbeatable and they have some very nice products.Some unique items I've not seem anywhere else. The choose and charge option is a real deal maker for me. Check them out I am sure there's something for everyone in there outstanding catalog.

I bought the red and blue recliners and they are bright and well made. You'll love them for the kids.
