The site is awesome and very easy to shop on . I found everything I needed very fast with no complications.

I have always ordered my make-up online and ran out of some Bare Escentuals with no time to wait on shipping. I googled the brand and found a store nearby NorthLake Mall, Charlotte, NC. I went there and was blown away. The sales people were phenomenal and helped me and I even got a bonus because I just had a birthday! I found so many new products that I love and I always look forward to getting their emails and specials. Thanks for being such a great store with GREAT staff who is knowledgeable about their products! A+ in my book!

I purchase all my makeup and beauty products from Sephora. The selection and quality are superb. Love the sales ladies (and gentlemen) in the stores. I am older and have found products that work so well.

I have used lots of makeup and I didn't think I would like bareminerals. But I went into a Sephora and the salesperson was excellent. She took her time with me making sure I was happy. She explained how to put the makeup on and what to expect. I have since become a Sephora Lady!!! The salespeople are so helpful and always smiling!!

I have been a Sephoria customer for a litle more than a year maybe two,And i am absolutly loyal and addicted to them,But also i can always count on high quality products and a return policy that i can count on,Although i have only had to use one time.With no problems!! Also i have had to contact them for late or lost items in shipping,The reps were so helpful and resolved my problem asap.Sephoria is A+ i would not ever consider buying my beauty products elsewhere ever!! Sephora carries almost any department store brand of makeup you could want. Can't find it in the store? Try online. They have a bonus program too, so be sure to sign up for that. They carry many hair care products and fragrances as well. The salespeople are always friendly and cheerful.

I absolutely love their makeup,i have never used any product of theirs that i haven't liked! Their mineral foundation is amazing and i lovelovelove it!

I love shopping Sephora online as you always get at least 3 free samples and many times they have special discounts as well. Additionally, items ship for free when you spend over $50. They have quality brands in store and online and I now buy all my makeup and skin care products through them. I do prefer buying online due to the free samples I receive, which I never get in the store.

I love the no! no! hair removal system. So different from the torture devices that we are familiar with: i.e. waxing, epilady, nair, etc. It is pain, smell, redness and swelling free.

Those with sensitive skin need not fear.

Sephora is an excellent one stop shop for all your beauty needs. The staff is always helpful.

I went into the Sephora shop in Bartlett, TN and those girls were the most helpful employees ever! After spending time with me they advised me of the products that would work best for me. I made my purchases and they even gave me samples of items that I was reluctant about buying.Needless to say, I will be going back to buy those products too. They are wonderful! Thanks girls!

I recently shopped at the Sephora store inside of JC Penny at the Orchard Center mall in IL. The consultant was extremely helpful and friendly, giving me her full attention. She helped me find a natural skin care product and a face powder with sunblock. She talked about her own experience with the product and was patient, while I asked questions. She was professional and never pushed me to buy anything. The consultant helped me look up a cologne for my son on their kiosk and even gave me a free sample of shower gel. I love shopping at Sephora, but this trip was especially nice because of the consultant and the extra special treatment.

I love Sephora, it is a girl's best friend. If you need to wait for someone and dont know what to do, this is your best bet. You can spend 2-3 hours in this place just by sampling all the different types of products in the beauty market. From purfumes to make up and skincare, you will be able to do a make up with no hesitation. I certainly will recommend any tourist to stop by sephora for a look. Sephora has been expanding international and its most likely the tourists have one in this own country. But the products might be different and this is where you can take the girlfriends. They will surely love you for knowing exactly what they want.

I love the way there are different products -- natural to brand names but the varities are lacking. Nowadays girls are expecting more selections. Although there are different products out there, we do not have contact with Asia products. Japan and Korea has been the beauty gurus! We should follow the trend -- Asians are into BB creams, fake eyelashes and even Asia brand products. We do not have access to these products and for sephora to step out and offer the products -- everyone would apprciate it!

I love shopping on line at Sephora even when we has a store here in San Luis Obispo, CA. It's easy and you get great products. I have been Shopping on line with Sephora for about 2 years and love it. You get to see all the new products and you can call and ask any questions about the product and get a straight answer.

Sephora is a 1 stop shopping store. You can basically be in there for hours. Love the help, love the selections, love sephora. just wish I had more money to spend in there cuz I could literally spend hundreds! I have 2 teenage daughters so it's a great place to shop for the holidays and birthdays.

ok Im probably not the only one who loves Sephora. I actually like Sephora.com better, I get to pick and choose what I want and order it, free shipping both ways(I always buy more than $50). I have returned many items with no problems. Also love love love all the free samples. I have more than I can ever use. This store has it all, I honestly don't know any other place that is as awesome as Sephora, whenever Im in the City I can get lost in Sephora for the whole day. One day my hubby said it took him an hour to find me..lol..I didnt want to be found, was too busy checking out all the great stuff. I especially love the different makeup, eye shadows and even Sephoras own brand is great. Trully no other store on earth compares to Sephora, its an awesome place.

I found Sephora many years ago while living in the continental US. I have since moved home to the Big Island and look forward to my trips to Honolulu, Sephora being a highlight.

In general their marketing concept is superb. I love to "play" and try all the different products. The product lines are upper end, but being able to try them first makes a different. I love the "girly" feeling of trying different things, and then making a decision. It's like trying different outfits and deciding on the best one! I don't mind spending more than I would at a drugstore because for the most part, I know what I am getting. Given the fact that I live a plane ride away from the nearest Sephora, it is worth it. I find I don't nickle and dime myself on cheaper products, which I never finish. The staff at Sephora have excellent product knowledge and if they don't know the answer they find out. If I am unsure of a particular product, I can always obtain a sample and if I like it, I can order it online. They have an excellent return policy and I love the "bonus" points that are redeemable for samples.

There is only two drawbacks to Sephora.

1) I always spend more money than I intend to spend.

2) There isn't one on the Big Island of Hawaii

Although a Sephora shop finally opened in a nearby mall, I still find myself shopping Sephora online because they always have so many great online coupons offering freebies and extra discounts. Plus, with every online order comes a selection of free samples. I like the fact that you can choose the samples from a rotating list.

Repeat customers should also consider joining their Beauty Insiders reward program, which offers exclusive offers, discounts, and freebies. You even get a yearly birthday gift, which is a nice touch.

New customers should know that many items carried at Sephora are higher end in price. But I've really had a good experience with what I've ordered. The quality is usually reflected in the price. And a great bonus is flat shipping and an easy return policy, which allow some latitude to try new things.

I love these guys, ordering from them is easy as pie and they've got a massive selection. I usually order the Urban Decay primer potion (which rocks by the way.) They ship quickly, and you get to pick out your free samples which is usually some nice stuff that i'd buy again. Wish they'd offer free shipping under a certain weight, When I only order my primer it's a lot to ship it.

Is an excellent and easy way to shop for what I need. Time is precious and I do not have much and when I can find everything in a short period of time it is well worth it.

My three girls, ages 27, 12, and 9 shopped your new sephora store in rivertown crossings mall in grandville MI. Right off I was impressed by the welcoming staff.Very kind and helpful. I was interested in anything different than what the box stores sell(target, walmart etc.). I found that you have a large selection of pearlescent makeup for me, and sparkling makeup for my younger daughters. Hard to find alot of these in other stores. Also, you had some good self tanning sprays; something my husband is interested in.My one daughter bought sparkling eye shadow, that she liked real well. Worth the $12.00. Also, I will let my neice know about the baby products. I actually tried the sunscreen, and lotion, and liked the quality of the thickness, and low perfume smell. thank you, martha playford

Sephora is very neat and well maitained store. Not all the stores do not carry the product that is online. Because if you want something right away you have to wait to get it or get something else in it's place. They are getting more organic brands in there store and website...need to have special section just for organic products. Better displaying products that are organic. There a lot of people in this day age like me that are becoming allergic to chemicals and gluten in products. The stores need to be more allergy freindly.
