Jon and Ken are AMAZING. After having a bad experience on a weekday afternoon with mis-information by two associates more interested in gabbing with eachother than helping customers, we came back and found the refrigerator we wanted had gone up in price rather than going down as these two associates originally told us.
Jon worked hard to find us a deal to get the refrigerator back to the price we saw it for earlier in the week. When he was not able to do it, he provided us the name of the store manager; Ken and Ken's hours the next day. My husband went in and talked with Ken who made everything right.
Thank you both for going above and beyond helping us with our new refrigerator. We'll see you soon for our new stove and hood.

My recent purchase of father's day items for my uncle from the Sears outlet store proved to be a great overall experience. When shopping and you receive great customer service it makes the overall experience that much more pleasant

The store is varied and it has many diffent things from baby clothes to your usual gardening tools and even exercise machines! I like that the employees are friendly :D
