SafeWay is Wonderful!
The SafeWay in our neighborhood is great. The employees are always kind, courteous, and helpful.
They always have what we need, whether we're shopping for the week's groceries or just picking up a few items.
They're convenient and have great deals all the time.
We also love that they have video rentals and starbucks inside! It makes our trips that much quicker.

Safeway Service
Safeway's prices were almost always higher than their competitors but at least the customer service was decent. This has changed with the staff getting younger each year. You are unlikely to even get a greeting as the "kids" are either bored, tired or talking to their coworker, another "kid". And considering the wages they receive, at least act like you care!
