Purchased 3 guitars that were backordered.

Apparently reserving an item just puts you on waiting list, and the eta got moved back another month.

Customer Service just read scripts and patronized me.

Told them to change their shady ways, but it's unlikely.

They even treat their employees horribly, how are they going to give true customer support?

Take your money and time elsewhere.

DO NOT EVER BUY A GIFT HERE. I received a broken (seemingly manufacturer error, legs aren't bent right, will not assemble w/o more bending) gibson barstool as a gift. They will not ever exchange ANYTHING! So sitting here with a broken stool i have 2 choices. Bend it myself and void any hope of a return while possibly simultaneously breaking it. OR call the people who bought me the gift and ask them to start the return process of returning the product, waiting for the refund, placing a new order with them, hope another broken one doesn't show up. I bet any other company would just exchange the broken junk they sent out without wasting everyone's time. This is not posted anywhere on their website, so i figured id help them out! Again, DO NOT BUY A GIFT HERE

I've been an avid online shopper for awhile but if you want a quality instrument at a great price you won't find better than Music Friend. Expect fast shipping too!

I've been dealing with Musicians Friend for a while now. I have never had a bad buy. They have the friendliest customer service i have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Guitar Center didn't have the guitar i wanted, so i found it at MF. I was super worried about paying 2000 for an internet purchase and then the guitar tech called me and e-mailed me. he made me more at ease. I recommend them to everyone. I bought a PA system from a differant store and walked out with bad feelings about my purchase. Never with MF...Thanks Guys

Musician's Friend is an fine online retailer of musical instruments, amplifiers, recording and live sound equipment, instructional materials, many categories of music accessories, and more. I haven't used their customer service yet, but when product reviews on their website mention problems with orders, they always remark on the friendliness, politeness, and quick and satisfying resolutions. Musician's Friend sells most of its items with free basic shipping most of the time. Tax is not required for most states. Their selection is huge, and the website is easy to understand and works very well. Often they have more reviews of a product than their major competitors. Generally their prices are quite low, and even lower when they have one of their frequent sales. Recently I purchased an entire small P.A. system from them. The price was low, there was no shipping charge for basic shipping,

the multiple boxes arrived quickly, all at once, and in excellent condition. A friend of mine says he has had wonderful experience ordering from this company, and so have I so far. I will continue to shop at Musician's Friend.

My wife & I were looking for a good amp for my son's guitar. And not knowing anything about the equipment, we were able to find the perfect Amp that satisfies the needs of our son.

Their site was easily naviagtional, and got us right to the information we needed to make the decision on what to buy.

The site is also really user friendly when it comes to recommending items that you need or will need to be able to completely use what you have.

Customer support bent over backwards when it came to our calls on the questions we had as well.

The overall site experience was very good! We will continue to use Musician's Friend for any of our musical needs!!

First place I allways look when buying musical equipment.shipping time is great. On the rare ocasion something was wrong customer service fixxed me right up.

I have never been disappointed with both the equipment and/or service when buying from Musicians Friend. Their prices are typiclly lower than most of the other music Equipment stores on line.

The pricing is very competitive on guitars and accessories. The site is easy to use and navigate. The free shipping with no minimum is definitely a bonus. I would recommend this store.

They always have or can get hard to find drumheads(size wise). The price is always right. I tested them once with drumsticks I saw cheaper online, they checked the other site and matched the price within a minute or so. Excellent customer service !

I have found that shopping with Musicians Friend is very easy to do! With a great inventory of merchandise, there is always a detailed explanation of the item and you can read feedback from others who have already purchased, used and rated the product that you are interested in buying. The item is packed securely and arrives as expected. Customer satisfaction is the reason that I am a return customer to Musicians Friend!

I love Musicians Friend, my past experience with them has just been phenomenal. A few months ago we were getting a new facility and I wanted to donate some new equipment so I gathered the information of all the stuff we needed and I came straight to MF, here's some advice I can give to all.. if you're going to make large orders it's best to call customer service and order with them, they can often give you a nice percentage off if you make bulk orders. This is what I did and I tell you I really really saved a good chunk of change and with the current deal going on at the time it was ever better. I couldn't be happier with the equipment, over the years I shopped here and it will continue to be that way. I don't care that there's a SamAsh store downtown, I don't care that Musicians Friend parenting company, GuitarCenter is downtown... at the stores are ALWAYS more expensive and plus they charge sales tax so thumbs down for them. MF ALL THE WAY!!!

I was very happy with the products i purchased. My only complaint is that I sent a question in regarding the warranty of a product and never received an answer.

As a Musician for 40 years now and have purchased items during that time, I have come to trust that when you see a item on Musician Friends site you can believe that you have found the best deal.
