"Well I placed an order for 7 PS3 controllers on the 20th of January... Apparently it takes 20 business days to get something delivered.

Well guess what... After 20 business days, still no controllers. So I contacted MiniInTheBox.com and asked them about my delivery.

They contacted the courier and apparently the shipment was 'lost'. Now MiniInTheBox.com told me I had 2 options:

1. Refund the amount

2. Reship the order once more

To be honest; they offer PS3 controllers very cheap, so I decided to let them reship the order.

I also kindly asked them if they could use a better shipping service, at their expense, for re-shipping my order so I wouldn't have to wait another 20 business days to receive my order (if the order would arive at all, seeing how the first experience went).

But they said it was impossible, or I should pay another 15 USD extra. Of course this is not an option, because then I am better off ordering from Ebay. Even sellers on Ebay provide tracking! And secondly; paying 15 USD for decent shipping with tracking will make MiniInTheBox.com not very cheap anymore.

Anyways, I am hoping the items will arrive this time and hopefully within 20 business days.

My advice; if you can get the same stuff elsewhere other than MiniInTheBox.com for a difference of less then 5 USD or something, than you are better off there instead of MiniInTheBox.com

Conclusion; cheap prices, but bad and slow shipping service and products do not arrive."
