Great product, if it would load, but each page requires about 10 force reloads before it finally appears. It's never been fixed, and it honestly runs like a dial-up from 1998.

I placed an order Jan. ,received product March, and the product was MELTED,so glad that I had finally received it I threw away return slip , Big mistake, My product is now turning BROWN. I will not be ordering anymore. OVER ALL RATING "1"

The dress looked so nice on the cover and then I received it. I might wear it at night to lounge in but I would never wear it in public. Shabby looking and poor quality.

Purchased 3 guitars that were backordered.

Apparently reserving an item just puts you on waiting list, and the eta got moved back another month.

Customer Service just read scripts and patronized me.

Told them to change their shady ways, but it's unlikely.

They even treat their employees horribly, how are they going to give true customer support?

Take your money and time elsewhere.

DO NOT EVER BUY A GIFT HERE. I received a broken (seemingly manufacturer error, legs aren't bent right, will not assemble w/o more bending) gibson barstool as a gift. They will not ever exchange ANYTHING! So sitting here with a broken stool i have 2 choices. Bend it myself and void any hope of a return while possibly simultaneously breaking it. OR call the people who bought me the gift and ask them to start the return process of returning the product, waiting for the refund, placing a new order with them, hope another broken one doesn't show up. I bet any other company would just exchange the broken junk they sent out without wasting everyone's time. This is not posted anywhere on their website, so i figured id help them out! Again, DO NOT BUY A GIFT HERE

Takes them over a month to ship products so if you want something for a gift make sure you order it a year in advance. They must not know that the USPS has priority mail that can get things to you within 3 days. I give them ZERO STARS

On December 10th I ordered a book for my spring term class. I was never given a tracking, but they said it was on its way with a 6-8 business day delivery date of Dec. 24th. You have to wait until that day before you can notify them that you didn’t receive it. Then they lied and said it got lost in shipping. Then they said it was a holiday problem. They once again said it was on its way and it would be 4-6 days. They still did not ship it. I was running out of time to get the book for my class, so I told them I would need them to cancel the order if they could not get it to me by the 5th of January 2019. They finally admitted that they could not get it to me. I do not like being lied to about my order. Now this was all from a bookseller that Abe Books contracts with. So Abe Books wasn’t the actual problem. Their WFL bookseller from Holtsville, New York is the one that misrepresented and lied about this purchase. I will never try to get a college book from Abe Books again. I can’t trust that it’ll ever arrive!!

I enjoy the shopping experience at Boscov's. It offers a wide range of products at affordable prices. The quality of the goods offered by Boscovs pulls me towards it. Dealhack coupons are one more great benefit for me to save my pocket.

The customer service of this store is as lousy and negative as I have ever experienced. I believe none of the associates know what they are doing as I received a completely different answer from each associate myself and a representative from my banks bill pay department spoke with. There were a total of 10 people talked to in customer service and the credit department. They have a policy that deems it ok to keep money that was not due them for 30 to 45 days even when an account is showing a credit balance. Totally unfair. Were I to make a late payment I would be charged late payment fees. Wonder what the response would be if I charged them a late payment fee.

Actually turned around to shop Lowe's today (we were on our way to Home Depot, another 15 minutes away when we remembered the newer store in the neighbourhood): what a mistake! Not only did they not have the item we were after in stock – they sell 5 or 6 different sizes but had only a couple available – but the only available staff in the department was tied up with a customer. I took a picture of the item in question, including the stock # / description before heading off to find assistance. I searched through every aisle, then nearer to the checkout area before I could find a red vest. I found someone who was not a hardware guy who told me we'd go find someone from the department. Encouraged, I followed him back through the hardware section and down to the end of an aisle, where another customer stopped to ask him a question. To my shock and dismay, he dropped our search and headed off with this new individual to help him with his quest!

*This* is how Lowe's treats its customers?!! We have only shopped Lowe's a handful of times and have had no problems there in the past but I definitely won't be back any time soon. Will also ensure that my contractor is not spending my $$ there for any current or future renovation projects.
