Quality consistently high
I can always count on Lands End to have consistent quality. Some items may be a bit pricey until I luck out and find them in the outlet. I appreciate that they have gotten more competitive with shipping coupons for example for orders over $50. Will continue to shop at Lands End and especially love the quality of their swimsuits.

Easy returns and great overstocks
I love that I can return my online purchase at the Sears store instead of paying shipping. Also, you can order from Sears w/o paying shipping to you. You can see some of items and you know the quality is good. I also love the online overstocks. Great values at fantastic prices.

Good quality clothes at good prices. And they guarantee their products forever! I returned a coat for a full refund after a year of being worn. The zipper broke and they no longer made that coat, so I received a full refund. Wow!

We received an email on a great tshirt/turtleneck sale Lands End was having -- it even included free shipping! I prepared my online order, but was unable to get it to acknowledge the free shipping promo. I selected an option which asked Lands End to call me -- my phone rang within 5 seconds of my sending the request! The customer service rep was very helpful and walked me through getting my promo code to work. Our family loves Lands End for their quality products, great customer service, and these wonderful sales they offer!
