I ordered a chain for my grandson’s graduation. I placed the order in April. They billed my card super fast, but they did not ship the product. When I check the tracking site, it says awaiting carrier pickup. It’s been saying that for two weeks. I have been unable to reach a live person to see what is going on. Today, I received an email asking me to review the item I ordered. I sent a review saying I couldn’t review a product I have not received. I got a response telling me that my review didn’t meet their guidelines, thus couldn’t be accepted. Like I expected anything else! Evidently, I have been ripped off by Kohl’s. Hopefully my bank can help me recoup my loss. I will never do business with kohls again.

There stores are very consistant and clean as well as the fact that there employs seem to always be friendly and helpful. Its like J.C.penny's without the snooty staff.

I always find exactly what I am looking for, and more often than not, find things I didn't even know I needed....love the coupons and the customer service!!!

This merchant has tons of stuff and a lot of it at pretty good prices. From Shoes, to pots and pans, to jewelery. This store has a little of everything.

This merchant also has the best return policy around. No receipt no problem. Also, it doesn't matter how long you've had an item. Take if back if you don't want it. Receipt or not. Great deal in itself.

I love to shop at Kohls online and in the store. The service is great and when I order items online I always receive them within a few days. They have the best sales and I always find what i am looking for.

Kohls is my favorite store to shop! Wether I'm shopping for myself or for someone else I can always count on finding what I'm looking for at Kohls. The sales and coupons for Kohls are always a big plus. I would recommend Kohls to everyone!

I ONLY shop Kohl's if they are having a great sale, otherwise, they are just not worth the asking price on most items. BUT...when you hit a great sale, you can really clean up. Their customer service is great, and the best thing about them is their exchange policy, totally NO HASSLE!

I have shopped at Kohls since one opened in my area 2003-2004. They offer a wide variety of apparel, shoes, and housewares. The prices are fair, and but they do have sales quite often.You can sign up for emails for more coupons or if you have a Kohls card for even more discounts. The brands they carry are well known and good quality. The return/exchange policy is very easy to do. The only complaints I have is on Black Friday the lines are ridiculous they really need to have a better plan. When the give out Kohls cash it needs to have a longer valid period or not expire at all. Overall I would recommend this store and is definitely one of my go to places.

Kohls has good quality for the price you pay. THey have top of the line product and very good prices.

I can always find what I want a Kohls. My son's girlfriend met us at a wedding with a dynamite dress on - only $8.00 at Kohls. Could you believe that! I've been a believer ever since!

Kohl's doesn't impress me a lot, but I've had a few great purchases there using the coupons I find online.

I can honestly say that I've been to a fair share of department stores (and quite a few Kohl's locations) and I have NEVER had a poor experience with Kohl's. Not only does the store flow making shopping easy, but the staff in general is eager to please as well as diligent in keeping the store in order. I've worked in retail and I know how messy truck days can be and it's obvious that Kohl's has a great system for product re-stocking. As a mother I can't leave out the selection of children's apparel and the prices that go with it. I could not be happier that Kohl's carries the Jumping Beans clothing line. They're excellent quality (so they stay in great shape for hand-me-downs or consignment) and they mix/match so you aren't limited to pairing one top with a specific bottom. I can't end my review without mentioning the online store as well and how easy the site is to navigate. From day one I have felt secure ordering merchandise from the online store and I can assure you that I do not get that same safe feeling from other online stores and so I tend to shy away from purchasing in that manner. It's also hassle-free to exchange or return your purchases from either the online or physical Kohl's stores, as well as their "gift" return/exchange policies.

All in all Kohl's is up to date as far as their policies, methods of management, the products they carry, the promos, sales, and coupons offered, and general style. They help take a load off of this modern woman's shoulders and I'm forever thankful I walked through those glass doors the first time and everytime since.

You guys are great. Individuals that are affected by the economy can still purchase items due to the coupons that help alot. Thanks for all you do.

No matter when you go, there is always something on sale. And if it isn't at the moment, trust me, it will be on sale soon. They also have great clearance sections. Look for them in the middle of different departments. Kids clothes especially, are great deals when on clearance. And returning is never a problem. Excellent customer service!

I avoid this store unless I am looking at sale items. But toy prices are great especially at Christmas.

I shopped here the other day with my daughter. Wow, what a wonderful variety of clothes it has. The store is well stocked with all sizes and styles.

The store was neat and organized.The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great prices, we saved a lot.

Kohls is a great all round store to find everything you need for your kids wardrobe. I typically try to buy here for back to school. Plus, if you see a deal online and the price is lower, you can print the page and take it in store to get the item at that price. It has worked for me in the past. They have quality clothes and are always running promotions and sales online and in store.

I've been inside Kohls...not impressed. I have never bougt anything there.

This is a middle of the line store, but tends to have unique items that you can't find elsewhere. They have a great returns policy, and have sales just about every day. They have a lot of unique brands and many departments.

i love the "steals" i get at kohls! love the $10 for every $50 spent,too!!!

HOw come the only day all of the registers in your stores are open is on BLACK FRI..? Not everyone in this city has the time to wait 20min to cheackout, b.c. theres only one register open! Im not a jerk usually but thats not good to have a 65yr old lady running a register with no help by anyone else. Lifes all about trying to experince everything that goes your way, well i cant sucseed if i have to wait that long EVERY time i goto Kohl's. you know wal-mart is right down the street, but i dont want to have to go there. I like that you carry USA brands. BUT... Them lines are NASTY...

i was very sick during holidays, so i shopped internet for all my gifts, especially kohls who delivered them to another state for my nieces!

I've practically outfitted my entire kitchen thanks to their housewares department. They have a great selection of brand name items for a fraction of the price. Their Kohl's Charge Card is always sending me coupons and discounts.

there are always coupons for kohls.com and you can use 2 at a time! so you can get a percentage off AND free shipping! they have great sale items too.
