I have been shopping at the kmart and the are the best shop ever go and visit any near you ,you will never regret

Kmart quality seems to keep going down, while prices go up. I rarely shop here anymore, just can't find anything worth the price, and their customer service is horrible. Many other better places to spend your money!

My local kmart is convenient but for the last 20 years, you must be prepared to be frustrated. You shop there in response to the weekly ad and more often than not they do not have the item. You go to the customer service desk to ask for help and they don't. You go through the checkout and you can't see the price being rung up because the screen is too small. When you are finished, you check your receipt and you end up going to the customer service line which there is always one. And you wait while the person doing you adjustment or your return is interupted 3 times to answer the phone and answer questions. So by now you are truly frustrated because your short trip is not becoming longer and longer and longer.

They have terrific markdowns on clearance items but you can only hope that they have ring up correctly when you get home.

well i have to say that kmart has a very small inventory of electronics. the prices are great but i would like to have more to choose from. But the overall quality is ok too.

kmart is a organized esablishment.Kmart is a great store to visit.I like it because it is easy to find anything because it is so clean and organized. I love that store!!!

I recently went to a KMart store for the very first time (I know but there's a first time for a lot of things right?) and I was ecstatic about the great prices I found. I bought a pair of Tom McAn shoes for $20 bucks.. it's usually not that cheap to buy these kind of shoes, they're so comfortable and stylish, I'm really happy I picked up the last pair in my size. I went to the cologne section and saw a Hugo Boss cologne on triple clearance for $11!!!! Before coming here I was at the Perfumania store and the same cologne went for $40..... so I took all three left, I already gifted one to a buddy for his birthday and I have my brothers birthday coming up in August so he get's the other. Sometimes, if you can, it's best to shop in the store because you'll find significant lower prices then you would online but both ways are still good!

My last visit to Kmart was "ok", nothing really special. I chose to go there for my household needs b/c they are a little closer to my house than Walmart. Kmart gets the job done but I prefer Walmart. Kmart's service is always slow and they never have more than 2-3 lanes open at once. If I have to go there I will but I prefer walmart

I wanted to buy Rockband 2 at almost 9pm and everywhere I called either didn't have it or was closing up. I called K Mart and the electronics representative told me that they closed in 5 minutes, but if I hurried over, he would have it scanned and ready at the checkout and let me in the doors if they were locked. Sure enough, I got there after the doors were locked and he let me in and already had me rung up and ready to go.

my wife likes K-Mart and would shop there just to spite WALMART. I think K-Mart is a relic and don't shop there unless it is as a last resort.

Since J.C. Penney and Kmart have merged this store chain dropped well below the times. AND the radar. The stores are relatively clean, and the shelves seemed stocked. However, the stores have few customers and finding a sales associate is nearly impossible. Prices can be pretty good, but it seems like nearly everything in the store is on 'Clearance'.

It's kind of like the Big-Lots for J.C. Penney. Not the store it used to be, but as this economy kills of the old standard stop and shops, this one is ,at least, still alive. Even if it's barely breathing.

This is the one store that I dread. They have even worse quality and customer service than Walmart.

I don't shop there anymore.

kmart has everything for food shopping and just shopping around for the house and even your car!

Kmart has good pricing and value for the money.

Kmart your coming back,layaway is Great. Customer service was Great,over all I am a Happy with everything a received. Keep the deals Going but you might work on Shipping. Shopping with kmart was a good.

KMART SEEMS TO BE IN A SLUMP. THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO KEEP UP WITH THE COMPETITION, ALSO THERE LAYAWAY PLAN SUCKS.IF YOU PUT ITEMS ON LAYAWAY,YOU CANNOT PUT ANYTHING ELSE ON LAYAWAY UNTIL YOU GET THE FIRST ONE OUT OF LAYAWAY.

I went to my local Kmart yesterday and it seemed empty. If you are looking for an everything-in-one store I would go with Walmart its layout is much cleaner and nicer looking.

not sure what is going on over there but the stores are empty, very little inventory, can't find employees to assist, store was dirty with large areas not stocked. Are they going out of business? Used to have good success in finding houshold items there but have given up.

During the month of June 2009, I bought a pair of white slacks. I was so impressed with the slacks that I shared info with a friend. We went back and I purchased 2 other pairs in black and kaki as well as 2 blouses. I am impressed w/the quality. My friend bought 2 pairs 1 white/1 kaki. I have continued checking Kmart out. I usually had to pay a lot to get pants to fit right. Thank!
