They have great gems but really hard to get discounts and Iv been buying off and on since 1999, now they are big they dont want to give old customers and discounts. Have been pleased with the products i have received except once I sent back a parcel of dimonds but have keep every thing else, very pleased with the quality of their products.

I have loved almost everything I have purchased from JTV over many, many years of being a JTV customer. I have purchased diamonds, tanzanite, many variations of pearls and even some gemstones. I have been, in general, happy with my jewelry with the exception of returns. On two occasions I was not credited the money I paid to JTV. I filed an appeal with the Post Office; however, because I put two items in one envelope, I was only credited for one item. Therefore, I am apprehensive to return an item, and have kept some that ordinarily I would have returned. I have also enjoyed the auctions. I hope I can continue to be a happy customer.

I love the show very much, but I get confused when I hear so often we can't get this or that any more after these are sold, there are so many rings and ear rings etc, esp.the loose gem stones. Then the next week I feel like I see them all over again. The girls are great to watch, but ALWAYS sound like they LOVE everything so much when it comes on it almost sounds fake. Thay can't possibly buy all the jewelry they sound like they do because they LOVE this piece or that piece. Other then that I do love to watch the show and see all the beautiful jewelry I LOVE, but can't afford to buy.

I have been a buyer from JTV when they were called ACN in the 1990's. I have purchased 100's of their jewelry keeping many for myself and giving them as gifts. The prices have always been better than the prices in retail jewelry stores. For my 15 wedding anniversary 10 years ago my husband purchased a beautiful 14K yellow gold 2 carat diamond ring for less than you could have bought a 1 carat in a retail store. I have been wearing this ring for the past 10 years and it remains in fantastic shape. I have purchased thousands of dollars of jewelry and don't regret any of the purchases I've made. The return policy is so simple and I've never had any problem with returning jewelry that didn't meet my expectation. Jewelry television is the best jewelry shopping channel I've ever came across, they are prompt with the shipping and the items are spectacular. the castings are so easy to use and the look like you've spent many times was the cost was. I have a pink sapphire ring the I got the stone in a parcel mix and then I found a ring casting for 16.00 and when the ring was finished it looked like I spent hundreds for it. I still get offers for it.

I have been a JTV customer since they came on the air. I have bought numerous purchaes from them. Every piece of jewelry I get I am in awe of how beautiful the piece is. Also, at what a discount I got the item at. I see what the prices are at the local jewelry stores. One of my favorite purchases is my AAA Tanzanite 14k gold ring. This is my birthstone.I got this ring on a close-out sale. The price was unbelievable. The stone is awesome in it. It was not the purple stuff that a local store here is passing off as tanzanite at a ridiculous price. I have also purchased tanzanite earings, and a necklace. I was not dissappointed. I have purchased Paraiba Tourmaline,sapphire, emeralds and rubies -just to name of few. If it was not for JTV I could not afford to make these purchases and have such high quality jewelry at a price that makes the other jewelry stores green with envy!
