i like hsn because their shipping is either free or is cheaper then the other shopping channel.

I have been an HSN member for many years, I starting shopping with them when they were brand new. Over the years, their choice of goods has left me looking elsewhere. Their clothing is on the tacky side, but you can find some nice items in other departments, especially kitchen items. Worth looking into now and then, especially if you shop their clearance and specials, but a word of warning...if you live in Alaska or Hawaii, the shipping is INSANE. You can do better elsewhere usually, unless you hit it on a special shipping deal. Some unique items, exclusive to HSN are worth checking out also.

I've been shopping HSN for years now. I've ordered frm DVD players, cameras, to pan sets, my creams that I use daily. Quality is great. I'm ordering a pilates exercise equipment right now. Can't go wrong with any purchase. If now satisfied, simply send it back, no questions asked.

I order from HSN quite a bit. The customer service is incredible. I love the hosts. The quality of the clothing and jewelry are amazing. I have not had to send anything back because of the craftsmanship is always superb

My husband and I have been trying to decide whether to purchase a laptop or a tablet to supplement our aging PC. Our research has served, for the most part, to leave us more confused.

Happily, it seems that whenever I watch "Electronic Connection," on HSN there is a product on the show that gives us just the features we are looking for. The people on the show have tons of information and present the products with enthusiasm and demonstrate the features as they are listing each one. The prices are amazing and there are always add-ons that add greatly to the value! Thanks, HSN!

I love your Host and their guests, they are so real and personable, just like your best girlfriend. With all the same ideas and thoughts,from my mind to her mouth, Carolyn is so charming. Also your jewelry is of good quality and very impressive, when I receive a piece it's like getting a present. Love to watch all your offerings.

The primary reason I love HSN is that HSN accepts PayPal. Additional list of HSN Likes are:

- I love the great programs such as FlexPay and AutoShip programs because these programs offer lots of flexibility.

- Accepts PayPal for Flexible Payments

- Offers lost of ways to pay for purchase, credit card, PayPal, debit card, check, and money order.

- Great website is easy to maneuver, review order and account status, track orders, and purchase history.

- Video stored on website and are easy to review.

- Large variety of products and great vendors.

- Lots of new products and unknown sellers introduced.

The Extremely high shipping cost tops my list of dislikes about HSN. Additional dislikes are:

- Limited quantity discounts.

- Purchase additional items usually increases or doubles shipping cost

- Most coupons and discounts are limited to new customers.

- Shipping costs based on individual shipping of products

- Want orders shipping costs limited to actual shipping expense.

- Return policy is unforgiving of slow returns; so don’t fall outside the 30-day window.

- Some items sold are just a piece of junk, so make sure to read the customer reviews.

I like to see from time to time the various products that you offer online. But I couple toghether your show and your online reviews as a purchasing tool. You give the good as well as the bad and it is appreciated,

The best things about HSN are they take it back if you don't like it, fast shipping and the Flexpay deals!! Spread your payments out over a few months...easier on the budget!!!

I have had great experiences with customer service. I was connected to a live customer service represenative without any wait time. Online customer service is also quick and easy!

No hassle shopping, with no hassle returns if I am no satisfied with the item purchased. The representatives are always friendly and very helpful. I can be in a rush out the door to go to work and it only takes minutes to get the order taken. Then I am off to the races with another busy day!

HSN is so entertaining to watch. I have learned more about the products I purchased from HSN than I ever could from shoping in a store anywhere. The knowledge about the products go above and beyond any other shopping experience.I don't have to worry about asking a store employee who more than not seems upset if I call on them to ask a question about their product.HSN tells you everything they can and if they don't know they ask someone who does and in a matter of minutes you know.The people on HSN are down to earth,friendly,helpful,and knowledgable.The products are always excellent and if something is not right they are quick to refund your money or exchange. The customer service is amazing; always friendly and helpful.Stay home and let HSN do the driving.

I have been a customer of HSN for many years. I have never had any problems. I love the flex pays and if I have a problem they have always been great with their customer service. I plan on staying a customer. They have lightning fast shipping also. I would highly recommend them if you have never shopped with them.

HSN has such a huge variety of products in every category, great pricing, and almost always an option to spread payments over at least a couple months or more...which makes it so much easier to work things into my budget! There's not much about HSN that's not to like.

The only 2 things I'd like to see HSN do are to provide flex pays for all items over $30 as an option, and to offer more FREE shipping, more often.

A MUST HAVE!!! One of my dearest friends treated me to an assortment gift of brownies, pecan meltaways, crumb cake etc... and now I am sending them to several other friends. It is the best deal ever & delicious!!!!! You would be crazy not to check it out!

I love HSN. I don't even visit the brick and mortar stores as much anymore. I like the convenience of shopping while lounging, and getting a package is like a little gift for myself. I love to watch the models. They give me a better look at the product before I buy. HSN is my new addiction!!!!!

Wow I love hsn.com, I have shopped with them since the very beginning, I guess that was over 20 yrs ago. I love hsn and have bought so much from them over the years. I have purchased computers, household and kitchen items and tons and tons of makeup, vitamins and lots of jewelry. I can honestly say that over the yrs I have spent a fortune, enough to buy a car on hsn.com thats how much I love this place. And I continue to shop with them, and I will until the day I stop breathing. They trully have great quality products, they ship fast, the prices are fair and some sales they have are amazing. I suggest everyone go check out hsn.com, its an addicting place.

I am so impressed at how the customer service department at HSN handles issues if/when one occurs. I received a crushed box from UPS and the item inside was slightly damaged. The agent I reported the issue to came up with a solution that made me happy and did not inconvenience me. Nowdays, service makes all the difference.

I have been an HSN shopper for a lot of years and have come to really love certain items that I only purchase through HSN. Usually the items are either larger sized or packaged in groups and it makes buying these items better.

I love HSN! They have the best products, friendliest team and great payment plans. I am a huge Lancome fan and HSN always has a wide range of lancome products. I love my LG Big screen TV they offered at Christmas. I am ordering a new coverlet from them because the sheets they offer are so soft and comfy that I just have to have the rest of the bedding products they offer. My next big purchase will be the 13 inch Sony Vaio Z series as soon as they get it in. This is The hot new laptop that EVERYONE is wanting so I know it will sell out fast but I will be the first one ordering! So thank you once again HSN for all your great products. I am a customer for life.
