Always keep a look out for coupons from HP. I managed to get a heavy discount on a new computer by combining a few different promotions and codes. I had a slight problem with shipping and customer service can be quite nice...but you have to push them at the start.

Well, honestly there is nothing else I should say about hp because most of the american people using it for anything. Such as businesses, at school and everywhere. I would really like to have one for the black Friday by winning a good coupon price.

I love being able to order directly from HP AND save money too! Good prices on a brand name that I have come to trust over the years.

I purchased a 3 year warranty on my Tablet Laptop. Wouldn't you know just 3 months before expiring, there's a problem. When turning on my laptop, it beeped, beeped, beeped....... and proceeded to restore itself back to the origonal factor settings! It welcomed me to my NEW COMPUTER!!! That's right, ALL data, documents and software programs GONE! After NUMEROUS sessions with HP and them sending me different parts to replace, keyboard, hard drive, etc, it still wasn't working. The screen was like a strobe light coming on and off. I finally had to send it to them. This has been going on for several months. My warranty is now expired, however, with the return of my repaired laptop from HP, I recieve a notice stating it is now warranted for another 90 days. Yeah, how nice, appears to be all new parts, all checked out and working fine. NOT! 2 weeks after reinstalling all my software, any back up that I had, and in the middle of working online, the screen goes black and the laptop refuses to turn on at all. I'm now back on the phone with HP, who is informaing me that my warranty has expired and this is a new problem, not covered by the additional 90 day warranty of services performed! ERRRRRRR.

We purchased 2 HP computers (laptop and desktop) and LOVE them. Excellent support (used only once) and great update software. Very powerful.
