We had help from a nice guy whom had a great

sence of style and was very helpful.

He made suggestions for my daughter with shoes and the colour of dress and style as jeans. My daughter was very happy with everything she bought and so was I because everything was on Sale. Overall a great experience. The factory Store had sports wear pants which were not available at Devonshire Mall and that made my daughter very happy that she had a pair. Will come again.

Guess Factory Shops are just amazing. Absolutely goergous handbags. Every time I come to USA I'll visit Guess Factory Shop.

I like the guess clothes & accessories. And the most important thing is guess factory is cheaper than the guess store.

The Guess Factory Outlet at Great Lakes Crossing has finally returned and was long overdue. I do not care too much for G by Guess, but I do love Guess retail and the factory outlet.

The outlet has a great selection and has each style in all of the sizes and at great prices.

I rated the store 4 out of 5 stars due to the lack of sales and the confusion in the sale/clearance area. If the item ends in .50, then it is an additional % off, if it ends in .00 (whole dollar) it is a lesser % discount, usually 30% for whole dollar and 50% off lowest ticketed price if the item price ends in .50 - yet all items are lumped together and you have to check to see if the item is correctly marked or not. Also, they have stopped sending out mailer coupons.

I always have a pleasant experience with good customer service.

This store is awesome because I always find great clothes here for very reasonable price. I also receive their coupons for extra 25% and 20% off. Those coupons can be used even for clothes that is on clearance...so your final price can be extra low!

Their store is very organized and the staff is always very helpful. I never have to wait long time for dressing room or at the check out.

The only negative thing I could think of is that they don't have clothes for children there. But otherwise this store rocks!!

The Guess outlet at Pleasant Prairie, wisconsin needs to improve in their customer service. Seems like they are all trained to be serious, not happy and friendly, and when you ask them a question they answer as if you just bothered them. It is very sad. Aside from that, everything else seems to be fine...store is clean, and love the clothes.

what i love hte most is that by shopping at Guess Factory Stores is that I get to wear great quality of clothes by a very cheap price.

Guess outlets are my favorite store in the world they have everything you need to be in style.

The Store in Bossier City Louisiana is in a great location, and has great prices.

Its a nice store with general clothing but nothing out of the ordinary. I love their watches because they're stylish and affordable. I don't like many of their things because its not really my style but it may be right for you. Try it.

I have shopped at the Guess Factory Store with my daughter many times. The store has a very large selection to chose from at reasonable prices. It is very well lighted and laid out well for easy shopping. I do not feel like I am in a factory store. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful even running back and forth for different sizes. If I have any returns, they are very accommodating. I have bought things for both of my daughters as well as my 2 sons. Clearance items are a great deal! Overall, this store is a great store and I highly recommend it!
