I am sorry you feel your son's birthday was ruined due to this experience, however after reviewing your order multiple times I can see you DID order a basket with pineapple and "candies." I do not see anywhere that would indicate no chocolate. Also, our design center spoke with your son several times due to the fact he was not home the day you originally wanted it delivered. We do not leave gourmet baskets on door steps when not otherwise instructed. We appreciate your frustration, but please understand that your son advised us to delivery on a day he would be home and that the basket you ordered clearly stated "pineapple." This is the stated description of the basket you ordered, gift # 1324:"This handsome basket is filled with fruits and gourmet food items. Fruit may include apples, grapes, and pineapple as available. Gourmet items include cheeses, crackers, sausages, candies, and similar items. Give the gift of sophistication, give a gourmet fruit basket."

Ruined Birthday!!!
Never again!!!! I ordered fruit basket for my son's Birthday. I picked the one without any chocolate and without pineapple since he doesn't like them. Picture show fruits and cheese. On the due date they didn't deliver even though he was home until 3pm but they called and promised him to deliver next morning at 10:30 am OK! But next morning nothing happen not at 10:30, not at 11am...At 12pm my son called them - nobody picked up the phone. I called - same thing , I left message - nobody returning call. I called few times, no answer! And only when I left message telling that I will cancel order and leave bad review someone called back apologizing and promising to deliver in next 30-40 minutes. It was delivered within 50 minutes by nasty person who handed him basket with words "Finally, this one done." No "Happy Birthday!', no smile, no "sorry for late delivery", no " enjoy"...Rude,rude,rude!!! Plus, there was pineapple and chocolate ...So, after taking out what he was not going to eat there only was a few apples,grape and small cheese which absolutely not worth $64.95
Surprise ruined! Birthday mood ruined! Awful customer service! Not delivered promises! Wrong item ! Ruddiness of delivery person!
I will never use this company again!!!
