Eharmony Review
While eHarmony's commercial's are heartwarming, and their actors and actresses are quite attractive, I found their site to be quite cold, un-aesthetic, and not very user-friendly or personable. For months now, I have tried to figure out why eHarmony says my profile is only 95% complete - I have answered every question - shouldn't I be 100% complete?
Currently I have a list of 22 matches. None of whom have photos available for me to view without spending a minimum of $59.95. That is some serious change for only 1-months worth of window shopping!
Education is extremely important to me, but, even though eHarmony asked me about it, they never show me the education level of the matches.
Since I live overseas on a military installation, I have to use the overseas military postal code for the area in which I live - but I couldn't open an account because eHarmony doesn't recognize my postal code as a U.S. postal code.
Thanks for nothing eHarmony. I'm reverting back to the much more successful, and archaic, methods of dating - sitting in smokey bars waiting for free drinks or dating my boss.
Great site but requires a lot of patience.
I joined eHarmony a few months ago and though I met great woman on their I have yet to find that specific one that I want to be with for the rest of my life, I have gotten WAY better luck finding someone on this site than in real person so I can't complain in that regard and I neither could blame eHarmony for me being so darn picky! I'm the pickiest guy I know and I refuse to settle for less than who I am, since I'm still young I guess I can afford being picky for another few years but I just hope it doesn't last that long to find my soul mate. I must say, if they didn't allow you to use coupon codes to get discounted rates I would have not joined and they are flexible but I often think that the people who pay the original rate or higher than I pay get more matches because after my discounted rate was over I was being charged original price and in that month I noticed an all time high of excellent matches.. then when I used a code for a lower rate I was only getting one match a day which I don't appreciate. I'm still getting that one match a day and I hope that changes soon but their system is good when you communicate I just wish some of these woman respond to me! Here's where the patience game comes in... and in regards to the previous preview one should always take caution and really get to know the person before committing and that goes to online dating and meeting someone locally, because if that guy was a local in your town the situation would be no different except you save money one air fare. So if you read up until here, you should give it a try for a month or so and if you like it stick to it and be patient.
Traumatic Love Connection
I met a man on eharmony who turned out to be a con artist. He lied about his background and intentions. I believed that he was available and that he felt affection for me. After he used me for trips, money, and sex, he broke up with me. He had access to my personal information, so now I am worried about identity theft. I have been devastated by this encounter. Be careful with on-line dating. Just because eharmony claims to be a Christian site does not mean it really is.
