I always get my new shoes and nike gear from eastbay. I have been a customer for over 10 years now. I love the fact that there is no sales tax and most of the time you get free shipping.

Eastbay.com is easily one of the best and most comprehensive places to buy shoes and clothing online. Since the company is owned by Foot Locker, Inc, they have access to a wide variety of brands and styles, including tons of products that are exclusive to Eastbay. In addition to the promotions they run online (just check the banner on the top of their homepage), the company always has a wide selection of clearance products. Their selection represents a wide variety of styles, tastes, and price points, which is great. There is literally something for almost any consumer. Their customer service is all US-based (I live in WI, and all of their call centers are here in the state), and though you may occasionally find employees that don't know what they're talking about, most of their agents are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in bad situations.

Their last site revision, however, makes me cringe. The site now takes FOREVER to load on my computer, and it frequently kills my browser or other Internet-based applications because it is such a resource hog. Sorry Eastbay, but you need to stick to selling shoes and clothes and quit trying to be Facebook.
