I REALLY ENJOY DRJAYS. THEY ARE THE BEST SHOP TO PURCHASE ALL KINDS OF CLOTHING FROM. NO BOUTIQUE FROM CHICAGO, NEWYORK, MILAN, TO EVEN DALLAS HAS BETTER, MORE, AND EVEN CLOSE TO THE STUFF THAT DRJAYS HAS. I'M VERY IMPRESSED AND I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP HERE AND SUGGEST DRJAYS TO EVERYONE I KNOW.

I Always look to Dr. Jays when my sons are looking for Coats, pants, or hoodies. The website is easy to use and the deals help my pocketbook.

I am a frequent and avid online shopper. I have had great service and awful service and everything in between. I believe that a site should be easy to navigate, honest, ship in a timely manner, and be caring of their consumers. With that said, I can sat that Dr. Jays aka DrJays.com missed the mark badly when it comes to being caring to the consumer. In addition, it is very rare when promotion codes are given such as free shipping. Also, I returned a pair of shoes that had dirty shoe laces which I noted on the return form. I had to pay an additional $12 to ship the shoes back and when the return desk received the shoes, they did not note the condition of the laces therefore DrJays refused to refund my shipping. Also, instead of crediting my credit card, they actually gave me store credit!! They did make right on that and are crediting my card, but only offered me free shipping on my next order. Really poor customer service, I will not buy from them again. Buyers beware buying from them if you need to return an item or need help.
