I ordered some items from this website a while back, and the 2 CDs I ordered never came....I mean they were supposed to come in 4 weeks if I remember correctly and it had been several months. I finally gave up hope, and contacted the company and they happily sent out a new shipment....which was nice that they don't make it hard on you. However, if it was a gift I would have been in a situation.

Product information is a little sparse sometimes.
The free regular shipping to the continental US can be anwywhere from pretty fast to extremely slow.
