Cheap Cycle Parts Reviews

I logged onto the Cheap Cycle Parts site to purchase several OEM parts. All the parts were there and at a reasonable price so I started to add the number of parts in the radio button. After I was finished with my selections as usual I clicked continue, well only 4 of the 7 parts I picked showed up. After several attempts on day "two" I decided to call customer service to see what was up as I need the parts to complete a project, the person I spoke with said "yeah we have a problem with some part numbers and you need to cut and past them in search and then add them individually into the cart" So I kept the guy on until I got that sorted, now I have all my parts in the basket and am ready to pay so I click continue, it asks for shipping address, email and phone > continue, verify parts > continue, this IS where it all goes wrong "again", at the bottom of the page there's a check box "checked" that says use shipping address click here for ??? i don't remember, so i click "continue" to pay and I get a error saying my address doesn't match, okay so I go back and see whats up and then try to change the address. after several attempts to resolve the address problem' I keep getting the error, so I again call customer service to see whats up. the csa says it was declined---hmmmm so I call the bank and the bank says the transaction was authorized the first time and was declined 11 times after and that it will take 3-6 days to fall off or I could have them call and get the authorization or remove the charge. I call them and tell them this and they say we don't have your money it will drop off in 3 days "we refuse to call the bank"

I did re-order the essential part I needed and the first click to pay worked just fine this time, but I can tell you I wont be ordering the rest of the parts for this project and will never order again from "Cheap" Cycle Parts.
