Good Company
The customer service is great if you get the right person. I love to talk and I am friendly. I always hope I get a CS rep that is the same way as I am. Sometimes I get a not so nice rep and I just want to hang up. I have spoke to many that talk to me like we have been friends forever and that's the way it should be. Their website isn't easy to get around. I wanted to order a home phone but it was hard to find. When you order, you use to be able to choose how you wanted to pay like 3 months or 12 months with no interest charges on your phone bill. I don't think they have it anymore which was very nice to have because their phones are expensive but very good. Their internet is good and most of the time reliable. Im really considering switching my cable to their company but thinking about it. I want to do it within the next month. Overall they are pretty good. My cable company wants me to switch to their phone and internet service and they keep on giving me more and more tempting offers. Still with Century Link so far.
