A disappointing shopping experience.
I started using CCS this past Christmas and have to say I am not impressed at all. I ordered from them twice and both times they sent the wrong items. The first order was a pair of jeans supposed to be a size 11 and they sent a size 3. The second time was flannel shirts.. they sent the wrong color and when I called them their Customer Service was amazing! They shipped the right product to me although I didn't get the item until after Christmas however the return label states they will charge you shipping when they receive the item back..not happy because that was their mistake not mine. It's a toss up but the CS is amazing.

CCS catalog review
SO to start, the ccs catalog is a book of apparel for skaters that can be sent your house for free when you sign up at ccs.com. It is really good since it puts picture of there items they have and the sizes they come in. alot of there stuff is very detailed like color, size, and other stuff. the downs would probaly be that somethings in the catalog may or may not be in stock. That would be the only down i could think since its just great and its free!

Ccs
I think that ccs is great because it has lots of choices and it gives away free catalogs. I think that the prices are great and it has lots of great deals. There are not many bad things about ccs.they give great details about they're products I give this catalog a 4 out of 5 rating

Very expensive apparel
I have liked CCS for quite some time, and when I still skated, would order my boards and hardware from there. Even now, I still buy ski/snowboard accessories from there when I can't find it elsewhere.
However, ever since Footlocker/Eastbay bought CCS from Delia's, the prices on apparel have gone up. This makes no sense, as they are now owned by a larger company that represents one of the largest buyers of apparel and footwear in the world.
I am also not crazy about the new website. Since the buyout and redesign, load times have increased, and the search and browse functionality seem much more limited unless you are buying hardware or know exactly what you're looking for.
