FAB Customer Service!
Being mother of twin girls can be quite expensive, but I have purchased from Backcountry numerous times as they always have a promotion on-going! Not only do they accommodate the 'middle class' with promos, but their customer service is bar none, not to mention the quality of clothing is exceptional! I have purchased two more North Face jackets from them as I cannot find another online store that has their level of customer service...

I received a gift that came from backcountry and it wasn't the right size. Customer service gave me great care when trying to sort out details when i couldn't produce proof of purchase. This kind of service/company will stay in business with the kind of response i received. Thanks for the stress free experience- i will be ordering another product from you soon.

Backcountry is a great company to work with. Deep stock, fast (and frequently free) shipping, easy return policy. Their house brand items can be killer deals - they are frequently made by some of the best names in outdoor wear and sell at 30-50% below comparable marquee logos. I've had nothing but great experiences in 5 years of ordering from them.
