Undisclosed shipping costs
It is not obvious when ordering Audition shoes that they have hefty shipping costs. After I ordered shoes, I noticed a $9 extra cost on my bank statement. They had backordered a 2nd pair of shoes for another $9. If I return them, I have to pay for shipping again!
That stinks.
