Att is GREAT!
I have switched to ATT from Verizon and I am very happy with the service from ATT. I have not had one problem with my internet or phone/mobile phone service. That was always a problem with Verizon.

Att they take advantage of make u pay a arm and a leg and for what to be laughed at cause your gear is out of date, na don't worry I'm good id rather have boost than att, id take trac wireless before I go back to att

well they are a good phone carrier.
Although they are taking more and more away.
They do have many phones to choose from and are reliable.

It's only been down for about 2 hrs in about 5 years. The prices are good, especially for the low end data rates.

Amazing Coverage
AT&T's coverage is simply amazing. I cannot remember a time where I haven't had service. They claim to cover 97% of America and I completely believe them. The phones they come out with are awesome including the new BackFlip. I want that phone so bad! Getting connected to customer service online is extremely easy and they are usually very helpful. I am satisfied with having AT&T as my cell phone plan.

AT&T is a good phone service to have. I almost always have service wherever I go and the prepaid plans are pretty cheap. The problem I have is that in the stores the employees never have any clue about anything having to do with GoPhone. I do not know why this is. I have gone to multiple stores to find things out and i can rarely get an answer. Chatting online is great and they usually have a better idea of what is going on.

I got water in my iphone earphones and went to the at&t store to buy a new pair. They directed me to the apple store who replaced them for me. Very helpful!

I dont think I have ever experienced such a lack of consideration and customer service from any other company. Purchasing online causes many issues and offers that are not honored and calling customer service just makes the stress worse. Beware if you buy from ATT online, you may be charged for things you didn't realize and good luck getting an easy resolution.
