Would not recommend. Very slow shipping.
I do about 75% of my shopping online and have to say that I am overall happy with the customer service and speed of delivery. However, once in a while I will try a new retailer out (vs. dept. stores like Nordstroms & Macys) and will be shocked at how lacking the customer service is and the delay in shipping. When I spend $200, I would like my items to be shipped within 2 days - not 10. I ordered my items from A Brief Affair on 4/5... I just tracked my order and it has yet to be updated on progress and it's 4/12 - To me, that is just not acceptable. They also charged my card for items that stated they were in stock later to find out, they are backordered. Usually you are not charged for items that haven't shipped. Not worth the frustration.
