very noisy Ac units in room
We had lost all of our electric power and decided to stay at a motel while we waited for it to return. We decided to stay at the Country Inn and Suites in Saginaw, Mi. On 07-27-12 after checking in and going to our room we found that we could not sleep because the room's AC units where extremely noisy. The next day we told our displeasure to the desk clerk. She said it would have to be taken up by the manager, he would be in until later. We called later that day, to be told we would have to contact the owner. He was not there but would contact us later that day. That was over a week ago, we have heard nothing. The very least he could have called us, apparently he does not care about his customer. Our Conf # 1349361.

My family and I regularly use Country Inns and Suites when traveling with 3 kids. Can;t beat the value - and all rooms with microwave (to heat bottles) and fridge to keep milk. We can always leave in the morning with breakfast already done. Heading to one this weekend, as a matter of fact.

My wife and I booked a stay at the Country Inn in Romeoville due to the price. We were looking for an inexpensive stay for one night - we were pleasantly suprised. With two young kids we were happy to find a spacious suite that allowed us to have our own room and the kids to have their own. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was just fine. We would surely stay there again.
